I made this image in my photo studio in Barcelona. As Emma told me after receiving the final files: "Thank you so much for these amazing photos!!! It's just the image I was looking for, you really understood what I wanted to convey for my business."

I took this photo in Ciutadella Park with a flash, an umbrella, and a Neutral Density (ND) filter.

All professionals know that in Barcelona we cannot install a tripod in the street without permission from the City Council. So we are forced to get smart and take the weight of the lights in our own hands, or in the hands of our assistants, or whatever, to achieve a professional image outside the photo studio.

Taking this into account, plus other important social aspects, I have been developing the terrain of Barcelona city and have come up with my own system for outdoor photo shoots that allows professional quality photos to be taken using mobile photographic equipment and go unnoticed by others. Here you see an example of the image that I am capable of achieving in the streets of Barcelona.

Xavi is the founder and CEO of a real estate agency in Barcelona. This business portrait will help you gain position and highlight your business in magazine articles, social media profiles, and other media.

Extreme close-up shot with a Sigma 70mm macro lens. In this type of photography, the most important thing is post-production and the high-end retouching that is applied to the skin. We are not used to seeing our skin so closely. And here a brush pass in Facetune would not do, because the skin up close must look alive, natural, and pretty enough according to our visual expectations. All my photos are retouched by myself. I have spent thousands of hours in Photoshop since the year 2000, practicing different image processing techniques. So I know perfectly all the necessary nuances of the work to reach a necessary perfection in photography.

Self-portrait

We needed quality corporate portraits to feature on our photographic company page. We chose the clear background and positive surround light to convey confidence to our customers. It is a classic scheme for such tasks.

Vitaliy is an outdoor athlete and personal trainer. He needed photographs that represented his professional activity. I proposed the best option: a photo session in the most recognized sports location in Barcelona, with the most beautiful golden light of dawn. The result speaks for itself.

I was walking around Dreta de l'Eixample in Barcelona with my camera and I came across this guy selling magazines at ODD KIOSK https://www.oddkiosk.com. I offered to take some pictures of him, and here we have one. I emailed him the files and he liked them a lot. How nice it is to give beautiful moments to people.

Tonya wanted some photos for her social networks and wanted to experiment with the image. I suggested to create a mysterious-dramatic environment with multicolored light. We took pictures at his house, so I brought two mobile light tubes, the camera, and we started.

Archie is a professional calisthenics and gymnastics athlete. He asked me for two types of photos. He wanted a report of his training and a series of portraits. Here we have one of them. With soft natural light and deep personal reflection that represents your personality in the best way.

This photograph was actually taken by my brother, although he worked more as a tripod than as a photographer. LOL. But it is like this. I placed the scene, I put myself in the necessary place, and let's shoot! The retouching of this photo, like all the others in my portfolio, is done by me. I admit that I am very good at it, since the colors of this photograph are magnificent.
